BTE IMPROVEMENT:
BTE is adding a 800 number for BTE outside the 989 area code to use when calling for an authorization.  Effective Wednesday 2/24/2010 you can either call 989-799-5920 or 877-791-5920 to use the 24 hour autobroker.  The autobroker allows you to obtain authorizations or check your BTE account balance.  When using the autobroker you need both your BTE account number and personal identification number (PIN).  If you have any questions about the autobroker call your BTE Broker for help.
